A mousepad named Neon X Mousepad from COUGAR is a 31.5 inches by 11.81 inches wide and 0.15 inches thick that I find it useful just for web browsing or 3D modeling. Gamers who prefer playing on big mousepads, I don’t recommend buying it. There’s not that much space to move the mouse around for fast reaction timing in shooter games IF you have a keyboard with number pads. Number pads do take up space on the mouse pad. However, I do recommend for those gamers who only use their wrist and fingers to move their mouse around. There’s enough space to move around the mouse with just your wrist or fingers, even with keyboards with number pads. I do use this mousepad for gaming on any shooter games and I personally feel comfortable with it since I use my wrist to move the mouse. I do not have any problems with it since I play on 16,000 DPI mouse for precise aim, which is ridiculously sensitive, but of course, I have to turn down the sensitivity in-games and mouse speed for better aim.I will be comparing this product to my last mousepad the Cougar Control 2 XXL. This will be a quick review but I will update it more as time goes on.ProsPrice- Bought it for 24 or $28Texture- Not the same as the control 2 which is disappointing. I liked it alot for its rough feel but now it feels like a steelseries qck mini.ConsNo software control for rgbLeds used for RGB is quite weak for some colors. Hot spots around the corners of the mousepad.If I was to see a neon x 2 XXL I would like to see a price point of $40 with software control and better LEDs to take on the SteelSeries QCK Prism and the Razer Firefly. The Cougar Revenger does it will in the RGB department.
